Prior Lake is a 1,540 acre section of Prior Lake, located in the town of the same name in Scott County, Minnesota.
Fishing Description:
Prior Lake is one of the best largemouth bass fishing lakes in the Twin Cities metro area, as well as an excellent lake for walleye and northern pike. Bluegill, black crappie, and yellow perch populations are down recently.
White bass, yellow bullhead, black bullhead, hybrid sunfish, pumpkinseed sunfish, white sucker, golden shiner, and carp are also present in Upper Prior Lake.
