Park Hill pro Jason Christie hoisted the champion's trophy and a big check on Sunday after dominating the field for four days of the Walmart FLW Tour on Grand Lake.
It's tempting to say the tournament underway on Grand Lake O' the Cherokees features Jason Christie and then everybody else, but, as the Park Hill Pro predicted heading into the tournament, the $125,000 top prize still is within reach of a mob heading into the final two days.
Before the Walmart FLW Tour bass tournament on Grand Lake began Thursday morning, FLW director of operations Bill Taylor was already saying the organization will be returning with more events.

The current Wal-Mart FLW Tour Angler of the Year Leader standings have three Rhea County natives in prime spots heading into the four-day FLW event slated for Lake Chickamauga in Dayton on June 27.
Of the 15 entries for the FLW State High School Bass Fishing Tournament at Delta/Russo’s on May 19, 10 were from the Roosevelt High Bass Club, which is made up of 27 students from five schools in the Fresno-Clovis area and two home-schooled students.
